Challans are typically given out for violations such as driving without a helmet, not using a seat belt, and disobeying traffic signals. Have you heard of someone having to pay a hefty fine just because their automobile was unclean?

In reality, there is a law in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that states that if a person parks their unclean automobile on the street or in a public lot, they will be fined 500 dirhams, or around 11,000 rupees. 2019 saw the implementation of this regulation in Dubai.

Please explain the rationale behind the implementation of this regulation. In light of the growing cost of water, we will also be aware of the methods individuals employ to maintain their automobiles clean.

Why was this rule made in Dubai?

After the law was implemented a few years ago, it was observed in Dubai that residents would often leave their cars parked by the side of the road and take extended vacations. Dust collects on cars left on the side of the road for several days. Dubai’s cleanliness led to the imposition of penalties on cars that were unclean or dusty.

‘Waterless washing’ is a better option

In Dubai, “waterless washing” has become the preferable option as a result of stringent regulations and growing water costs. However, due to the hectic lifestyle in Dubai, many residents do not have time to wash their automobiles on a daily basis.

Because this method uses no water, it is environmentally benign. This firm employs e-scooters that come with brushes, water, detergent, and other cleaning supplies. It has a spray bottle with cleaning solution in it.
