News agency Reuters quoted Kim as saying, “Stopping the decline in the birth rate and taking good care of children is the domestic responsibility of all of us, we have to handle it together with our mothers.” The agency has reported that Kim Jong said these things at the National Mother’s Meeting organized for women in the capital Pyongyang.
