Janja has threatened to sue Musk’s social media company X. He has alleged that his ex’s account was hacked last week. During this time, hackers had posted anti-women messages from his account. He says that the owner of this platform has shown his bad habits in this incident also.

Threat to file a case against the company
Earlier this week, Janja threatened to sue the company. He said that requests for assistance in getting access back and deleting posts from the account were turned down. Despite multiple requests, there was laxity.
Elon Musk’s answer
Elon Musk responded to Silva’s accusation on Wednesday by saying that the company is not at fault for this. He commented, “Can’t understand how it became our responsibility to find out someone’s password,” on the post mentioning the potential legal action.
Janja characterized Musk’s response as a habit. “I did not say that it is the responsibility of Action should be taken,” the businessman said in his statement.
