Katt Williams took on every comic this year, Megan Thee Stallion completely destroyed Nicki Minaj and Drake, and Kendrick Lamar resumed where Thee Hot Girl left off. Kim Kardashian, of all people, steps into the ring to roast a football legend rather than react to Taylor Swift’s tortured diss tune. On Sunday’s episode of The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, she attempted humor once more. You would assume that the occasion would provide us with some hilarious back-and-forth between Kardashian and Brady, but the audience was the true source of animosity.
The audience jeered Kardashian when she walked the stage and made a joke about Kevin Hart, who took part in the roast, before the reality star and shapewear entrepreneur had started her performance in earnest. She responded to mockers, “I know a lot of people make fun of your height,” according to “Page Six.” She concluded her stand-up once the throng had subsided, cracking jokes about her alleged relationship with Brady among other things. We’ll be watching for Kardashian’s jab at the booing Tom Brady supporters.
Kim Kardashian is mocking the reports that her and Tom Brady are dating.
Kardashian, 43, dismissed jeers as she walked the stage at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California on Sunday, May 5, during her performance at Netflix’s Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady live event.
After teasing presenter Kevin Hart’s height, the SKIMS star remarked, “I’m really here tonight for Tom.”
Kardashian said, “Since I’m not here as Tom’s date, I might come tonight even though I wasn’t planning to.”
“Speaking of dating, I’m aware that there have been rumors that Tom and I are together, but I’d never confirm it” she said. I would just release the footage, alluding to her scandalous 2007 sex tape.
I am aware that it would never succeed. “You remind me too much of my stepdad now—an ex-athlete with high cheekbones and silky hair,” Kardashian said, making reference to her mother Kris Jenner’s 74-year-old ex-wife Caitlyn Jenner. A part of me believes you would want to take my clothing off in order to try them on.
In all honesty, it hurts to see people make fun of you, but I believe enough of my family has stood up for former football players, Kardashian said, alluding to the fact that her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., represented O.J. Simpson in his notorious 1994 murder trial.
Brady, 46, made fun of Kardashian and her union with 46-year-old Kanye West when he subsequently took the stage at the roast.
Not because of this, but rather because her kids are at home with their dad, the former NFL player said to the audience that “I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight.”
During the Netflix special, Brady was ridiculed by a number of friends and former teammates, including Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, Nikki Glaser, and Drew Bledsoe.
Kim Kardashian’s mocking remarks follow revelations in May 2023 from PEOPLE that she and Brady were not dating, despite rumors that they were getting to know one another while she looked for a holiday home close to his in the Bahamas.
They are not dating, but they do have mutual friends and business associates. A source close to the Kardashians star told PEOPLE at the time that Kim is very focused on her children, her companies, law school, and getting ready for American Horror Story, which begins filming next month.
