With this draw, City is three points behind leaders Arsenal (33). In second place is Liverpool (31 points) who defeated Fulham 4-3. The city has played its third consecutive draw. Earlier, it was held to a draw by Chelsea 4-4 and Liverpool 1-1.

Defending champions Manchester City‘s match against Tottenham Hotspur ended in a 3-3 draw at the Etihad Stadium. City star Erling Haaland became furious after the referee did not award a penalty at the end of the match. Referee Simon Hooper did not give a penalty to Jack Grealish in stoppage time. The referee has also warned Holland about this.

Royal Emerson, a defender for Tottenham, brought down Haaland. In the dying seconds, City was attempting to score the game-winning goal. The referee ended play with a long whistle, just as it appeared that City would get a penalty. This infuriated not just Holland but also the City supporters. Twice in the game, City had the opportunity to go ahead. Tottenham’s Son Heung Min opened the score in the sixth minute, but three minutes later, City equalized through an own goal.

In the 81st minute, Jack Grealish scored, but in the 90th, Dejan Kulusevski scored a header to tie the score at three. After this draw, City trails leaders Arsenal by three points (33). Liverpool (31 points), who defeated Fulham 4-3, is in second place. This is the city’s third straight draw. Liverpool and Chelsea had earlier held it to a 1-1 draw.
