The case against protection law
The father of the troubled student filed a complaint before the District Consumer Commission on October 30 through human rights advocate SK Jha. On this, the case was heard by the full bench of Commission Chairman Piyush Kamal Dixit, members Sunil Kumar Tiwari and Anusuya.
After this, an order was given to issue notice to seven opposing parties including film actor Shahrukh Khan, footballer Lionel Messi, and the managing director of the institute. All the opposing parties have been ordered to appear before the commission on January 12.
