Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Srinagar today (07 March). He has inaugurated 53 development projects worth Rs 6400 crore from Bakshi Stadium. While addressing the people, he discussed the development of Kashmir. This is the first visit of the Prime Minister (PM Narendra Modi in Srinagar) to Kashmir after the removal of 370.
Kashmiri youth made special appeal to PM Modi
While addressing the public, PM Modi interacted with Nazim, a young farmer from Pulwama who is a beekeeper. Nazim told PM Modi that the honey of Kashmir has reached Rs 1000 per kg. While she was talking to Nazim, she made a special appeal to the PM. Hearing such an appeal, even the people present at the rally were a little surprised.

What did PM Modi say to Kashmiri youth?
Addressing the Kashmiri youth at the rally, he said, “Lotus blooms in the lakes here and the symbol of BJP is also lotus. Everyone knows the relationship of BJP with Jammu and Kashmir.”
He claimed that either the common Kashmiri would benefit from Article 370 or that certain political families were deceiving the populace for their personal gain. Since there isn’t 370 anymore, the opinions of the younger generation in Jammu and Kashmir are valued today.
