The Golden State Warriors were beaten by the New Orleans Pelicans, 114-109. One round before the regular season ended and one round before the play-in tournament began, the visitor of the round prevailed in a match that was played to the conclusion. This happened at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
The Warriors’ standings decline as a result of the loss. The Lakers’ victory against the Grizzlies moves Golden State up to 10th position in the Western Conference table, while LA leaps two spots to take eighth place. Stephen Curry and company began the round ranked ninth in the West.

With 33 points and clutch baskets in the closing minutes to put the Warriors in a position to mount a comeback, Curry led the team in scoring during the game.
But Steph failed to capitalize on a transition opportunity following a Pelicans error when she got the last three-ball of the game. The celebrity missed since it was tough to shoot because of Trey Murphy and Herbert Jones. That concluded New Orleans’ close triumph. Although they are on pace to qualify for the playoffs, they cannot afford to lose in the championship stages.

The Phoenix Suns, who did their share and defeated the Sacramento Kings away from home by 108 x 107, are now one point behind the New Orleans Pelicans, who have already won 49 games this season.
Teams must achieve a certain set of outcomes in order to ensure their spot in the playoffs, making for an exciting final round situation. The two now enter the final round both needing to win. In New Orleans, the Pelicans play the Lakers, and in Minnesota, the Suns visit Target Center to play the Timberwolves.

Draymond Green became the first player in NBA history to record 10 or more rebounds and assists in a game without taking a single shot during Friday’s defeat.
In contrast to his performance against the Lakers a few rounds prior, when he was the game’s standout player and had five three-pointers, Green’s current performance is the reverse.
