The nearly two-and-a-half-minute-long trailer is full of comedy and adventure as Chris seeks to win a home decoration competition. Then suddenly Chris and his daughter Holly (Madison Thomas) stumble across a mysterious place, where Bell’s Pepper (Jillian Bell) tells him she can grant any Christmas wish with her magic.
To increase his chances of winning, Chris wishes for the best Christmas ever, but when he wakes up the next day, he is shocked by the poor results of the spell, as the entire town is now in danger. Chris and his wife Carol are then seen fighting together with their three children to break Pepper’s spell.
