Baby corn is an immature corn that is harvested before it is fully mature, but this does not affect its nutrition and taste. Baby corn is most commonly eaten as a snack. Crispy Baby Fingers
- To make this, first boil 8 to 10 baby corns for at least 5 minutes
- When it cools down slightly, cut it into long pieces from the middle.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon rice flour and approximately the same amount of gram flour in a bowl.
- Along with this, add salt as per taste, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and mix it dry first.
- Then add water as required. Make sure the batter is neither too thick nor too thin.
- Now add boiled baby corn into it
- You can make it in two ways. Fry the first one in oil and make the second one in light oil in air fryer.
Baby Corn Soup
- To make soup, heat the pan. Add 1 inch ginger, 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, 2 green chillies together and fry for 20-30 seconds.
- Now add baby corn, capsicum, mushroom, cabbage in the pan and also add salt and black pepper. These also have to be fried for at least 30 to 40 seconds.
- While the vegetables are roasting, add cornflour in half a cup of water and mix well.
- Now add soya sauce to the vegetable and also add water with cornflour.
- Now add water as required and let it boil for at least 5 more minutes.
- Add chopped coriander on top and serve hot.
