Gehlot, who came to Delhi to attend the screening committee meeting on Saturday, said that the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee had called a meeting of PEC members yesterday. After a long time, the State Congress had given the right to the Election Committee to visit all the member districts and bring feedback. After that, this feedback has been handed over to the PCC Chief. CM Gehlot reached here in the afternoon for this meeting held in 15 GRGs in Delhi’s capital. The meeting started at five in the evening.
CEC will finalize the names of the candidates
PCC Chief Sachin Pilot, Assembly Speaker CP Joshi, and co-in-charge Virendra Singh Rathore also arrived to attend the meeting. Congress Screening Committee Chairman Gaurav Gogoi and Rajasthan Senior Supervisor Madusudhan Mistry are at the meeting. In this meeting, a decisive discussion is being held on Rajasthan tickets today. The panel of potential contenders will be submitted to the screening committee by the PCC. After that, the screening committee will discuss it. Then CEC will put the final seal on the names of the candidates.

While the opposition camp opposes the ticket to Khan, the supporting camp strongly advocates for him. The opposition camp is adamant about cutting the ticket of Zahida Khan. He is accusing Zahida Khan of nepotism and corruption.
