Congress has mentioned the farmer class first in its promise letter. From three to 13 pages, there has been talk of starting different schemes for the farming class.
Under Jai Kisan Fruit Loan Waiver Scheme, loans of farmers up to Rs 2 lakh will be waived off. Under Krishak Nyay Yojana, wheat will not be purchased at a price less than Rs 2600/quintal and paddy will not be purchased at a price less than Rs 2500/quintal. Indira Kisan Jyoti Yojana will be started, in which free electricity up to five horsepower will be provided for irrigation.

What are the announcements for the youth?
In the manifesto, the youth group has been placed after the farmers. From page number 17 to 26, announcements have been made to start different schemes and programs for the youth. Samagra Youth Portal, Samagra Youth Employment Policy, and Employment Bureau will be started for the youth. To prevent irregularities in recruitment, Madhya Pradesh Government Recruitment Law will be made and Madhya Pradesh Recruitment Commission will be formed. The examination fee conducted through the commission will be free. A calendar for two lakh government recruitments will be released as soon as possible.
Madhya Pradesh Recruitment Inquiry Commission will be constituted to investigate the alleged irregularities in recruitment in the last 18 years.
What promises have been given to women?
Congress has been continuously raising women’s issues in its election programs. In this manifesto, he has made promises for women from pages 29 to 33. In this, Nari Samman Yojana will be started in counter to the Laadli Brahmin of the BJP government. In this, women will be given Rs 1500 every month. Along with this, women will be given gas cylinders for Rs 500.
An assistance of Rs 1 lakh will be provided in the daughter marriage scheme. Whereas old, widowed, and disabled women will be given a pension of Rs 1200 every month. 50 percent of seats for admission in health and education institutions will be for women. Women will get free passes in metropolitan bus services. Ahilyabai University will be established for the higher education of girls.

Congress has promised to implement Grih Jyoti Yojana. In this, it has been announced to waive off 100 units of electricity and halve the electricity bill up to 200 units.
What promise was made for education?
Congress has said that it will form an Education Commission to stop the commercialization of education. State Navodaya Vidyalayas will be created on the lines of Central Navodaya Vidyalayas, which will have arrangements for computers and labs. Along with this, Savitribai Phule Kanya Vidyalaya will also be opened on the lines of Rajya Sainik School and Kasturba Bai Kanya Vidyalaya at the divisional level.
In the promissory note, it has been said to start the Padho Padhao scheme. In this, Rs 500 will be given to students of class 1 to 8, Rs 1000 to class 9 to 10, and Rs 1500 will be given to the students of class 11 and class 12, the aim of which is to reduce the dropout of students in schools.

A Right to Health law will be made for the people of the state. Vardaan Health Insurance (health insurance of Rs 25 lakh per family) and Accident Insurance Scheme (accident insurance of Rs 10 lakh per family) will be started. Apart from this, things like the establishment of a high-level health commission, the launch of Mission Swasth Madhya Pradesh, the establishment of a model hospital, the launch of an affordable medicine accessible drug policy, the launch of a super specialty medical center, the launch of a mobile medical service, etc. have also been mentioned.

Congress in its manifesto has promised to increase the pension amount from Rs 600 to Rs 1200. The scope of social security pension will be increased. A Transgender Welfare Board will be formed.
